1 - Mindset building (Masterclasses)
Mindset building - a series of five 90 minute Masterclasses, building the entrepreneurial mindset that is essential for sustainable success. Topics include how to balance ego and positioning, dreaming big and effective execution, energy management, and building an always-be-learning mindset. Conversations and integration on these topics takes place in the fortnightly Cohort Coaching sessions, happening in the alternating weeks.

Venture building - building your startup takes effort, but you don’t have to do it alone! The Venture Framework provides a structured, step-by-step methodology combined with 1:1 check-ins to keep you on track. With 8 units and 50+ bite-sized modules (10-15 min each), you’ll gain practical, actionable insights and make steady progress at your own pace. This flexible, independent approach ensures you can build your venture in a way that fits your schedule, with expert guidance to support you along the way.
The Venture Map is also available stand-alone.

Through structured group coaching sessions, you’ll gain insights, accountability, and support from peers navigating similar transitions. Complemented by personalised 1:1 mentoring - because no 2 paths are the same - the programme ensures every participant gets tailored guidance to shape her venture, overcome roadblocks, and build with confidence.
